EP121. How to be cool & regulated with ALL foods
EP121. How to be cool & regulated with ALL foods Sep 14, 2026 00:21:01 Most weight problems stem from an all-or-nothing attitude toward food. We are either not allowing ourselves to have something, or we are on a cheat day/ not caring day and eating loads of it to discomfort. Neither is good. The happy ever after we want with eating and weight requires getting to a less chaotic, more regulated, positive place with all foods.

EP119. When people trigger your overeating
EP119. When people trigger your overeating Aug 31, 2026 00:15:52 Comfort eating can have a lot to do with how the people around us are affecting how we feel. In this episode, I talk about how other people can lead us to overeat and share strategies to reframe things and avoid turning to food. I also share some ideas I love from Rhonda Byrne’s The Power, Don Miguel Ruiz’s The Four Agreements and Tara Swart’s The Source.
EP118. When Body Image is affecting your eating
EP118. When Body Image is affecting your eating Aug 24, 2026 00:12:22 When old thoughts win, and we go back to hating our body it generally leads to eating and not caring : not caring about food- respecting it, being grateful for it, not caring about what it tastes like,or how it's going to make us feel after. So it's not nice on any level, either on the day or afterwards dealing with the weight we gain from these kinda days. In this episode I explain how to seperat
EP117. Losing weight.. no. matter. what!💪🏼
EP117. Losing weight.. no. matter. what!💪🏼 Aug 17, 2026 00:19:44 We all have many very real obstacles against us when we decide we want to come out of eating and weight issues. But this episode is to help you move forward and have hope, no matter what.
EP116. Never have a weight problem again
EP116. Never have a weight problem again Aug 10, 2026 00:15:12 We can put on a bit of weight and feel soo bad. But this worsens how we eat, how we treat our body and so we gain even more weight. We can have excess weight, currently, without having a weight problem mindset. That's what I discuss in this episode: where we need to get to now, in order to lose weight but also to make sure it never comes back.
EP115.How to take the fun out of overeating & binging (so we stop doing it)
EP115.How to take the fun out of overeating & binging (so we stop doing it) Aug 3, 2026 00:18:11 The bad thing about rules is that it is sooo fun to break them! The idea that some foods are "bad" for weight loss and some are "good" actually makes "bad" foods more fun to eat or overeat! This can keep us in an eternal cycle of trying to be strict and meanwhile gaining weight. This episode is about dismantling that framework, so we start eating the right way, for the right reasons :)
